We are growing quickly and are looking for someone motivated to grow with us!</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Parts Sales Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Be able to communicate effectively with other employees and customers over the phone, through email and in-person.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Be self-driven through the pursuit of producing positive results.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Possess exceptional customer service skills.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Be highly attentive to detail with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask.</li> </ul> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Parts Sales Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Responsible for assisting outside sales representatives in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer service.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Responsible for helping coordinate service jobs with outside sales representatives, customers, and service technicians to ensure all service orders are handled expeditiously.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Responsible for parts and service order processing:</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Accurate, and up to date knowledge of the part systems for all manufacturers represented by the dealership (i.e., understands all the features and benefits of all parts sold).</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Able to determine pricing and discounts for all parts according to the company standards.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Understands and employs good selling techniques, including conveying a professional and positive manner over the phone.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Knowledgeable about the computer systems used by parts department.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Acts as a facilitator for service technicians in finding and sourcing the parts that they need.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Remains aware of all order statuses, keeping customers aware of any issues or the time frame in which the order will be fulfilled.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Finds solutions for any issues that may arise within the department.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Follows all p
