*Experience for work in public schools will be granted for prior classroom experience for paraeducator positions or for prior office experience for office.

We are seeking qualified paraeducators to support students 1 to 1 (one student per paraeducator) in a classroom setting for our RISE (Adult Transition) Program. This program supports students ages 18-22 with a curricular focus is on building transition skills including life-long workplace training, community participation, transportation, home living skills and self-care.  Many students are working in a variety of businesses developing work skills.

Paraeducator Minimum Qualifications:
To be eligible for employment, candidates must upload to their application:

  1. A copy of their high school diploma AND
  2. Documentation of one of the following:
    a. A copy of an official college transcript indicating an AA degree or higher OR
    b. 72 quarter or 48 semester credits earned in 100 level and higher courses OR
    c. Official documentation of a passing score on the ETS ParaPro assessment (If you would like information about scheduling an assessment, please contact Human Resources at 425.204.2356)
