The Digital Marketing Specialist supports firmwide legal marketing and marketing technology initiatives, including email marketing (eMarketing), web and mobile platforms, event marketing, CRM‑driven campaigns, and digital analytics. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive marketer who enjoys building scalable digital solutions and translating business needs into effective, data‑driven outcomes. The successful candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment while also taking ownership of multiple, time‑sensitive initiatives, exercising strong judgment to deliver high‑quality digital marketing programs in a professional services setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute end‑to‑end email marketing (eMarketing) campaigns—including events, client alerts, publications, and announcements—managing intake, technical setup, list segmentation, deployment, and quality control across firmwide communications.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize event registration microsites for both virtual and in‑person programs, ensuring a seamless user experience and accurate data capture.
  • Help maintain a consistent, high‑quality digital presence by ensuring internal and external content and platforms are current, functional, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support email and digital channel optimization efforts, including deliverability best practices and performance improvements designed to increase engagement and traffic.
  • Customize and publish digital communication and event templates, empowering end users with scalable, brand‑compliant tools.
  • Serve as a power user across email marketing, CRM, analytics, and related digital platforms, supporting data quality, reporting accuracy, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Compile and distribute campaign and platform performance data, producing recurring and ad‑hoc reports and summaries for stakeholders.
  • Create and deploy a wide range of digital collateral, including newsletters, announcements, and other client‑facing communications.
  • Help protect and reinforce the firm’s visual identity and branding standards across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with business development, web development, events, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure exceptional quality and consistency across digital marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with end‑user support and training coordination for new and existing digital platforms, including the development of reference materials and documentation.
  • Support cross‑team and cross‑office digital marketing, event, and business development initiatives by working with stakeholders across domestic and international offices and coordinating activities across multiple time zones.
  • Assist with the development, configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of mobile applications, including supporting the creation and launch of event‑related and other firmwide apps as needs evolve.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Three or more years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, ideally within a professional services or similarly complex organization
  • Proficiency working in a PC‑based professional environment, with the ability to navigate multiple enterprise systems effectively
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms supporting marketing and business development functions
  • Experience configuring events in ON24 or a similar webinar platform is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop for routine tasks such as converting, organizing, and annotating PDF documents, and performing basic image edits (e.g., cropping or resizing)
  • Experience using Fliplet or similar no‑code/low‑code mobile app development platforms to support app configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web publishing tools
  • Experience generating routine and ad‑hoc email and web performance reports using Google Analytics or similar tools; Power BI exposure is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint sufficient to support standard documentation, reporting, and presentation needs
