Key job responsibilities
- Build beta program frameworks by establishing success criteria, KPIs, and feedback collection mechanisms to derive insights and recommendations for Alexa+ and Echo products.
- Support moderately complex programs that are medium to large scale from initiation through delivery.
- Gather requirements from appropriate business owners and write clear and detailed plans outlining methods to gather and analyze Preview participant feedback in order to deliver on requirements.
- Collaborate with product, research, and data science teams to deliver cohorts and conduct studies to support the development of product insights and voice of the customer feedback.
A day in the life
As a Sr. Program Manager on the Alexa Preview Team, you will develop and refine our Standard Feature Testing Program, and ensure we deliver quality insights to support Alexa+ and Echo Product Development. To do this, you will review and conduct analysis of beta participant performance data and program trends, and collaborate proactively with Global team members across NA, EU, and IN regions. Manage stakeholder relationships and engage in strategic discussions and monitor weekly participant performance and take initiative to drive optimization opportunities. Invent, work with, and help improve beta execution mechanisms.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
