Associate Director, Global Rewards

As the Global Compensation and Benefits Associate Director, you will hold a strategic and operational role, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our global compensation and benefits philosophy and processes.  You will be responsible for continual improvement and working within global frameworks that you helped design and implement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing global benefits spend, increasing return on investment and maturing our benefits strategy

• Being a leader of our pay equity strategy

• Maturing governance and reporting structure for compensation, benefits and mobility

• The global compensation review , including training and strategies on market competitiveness

• Mature our approach to total reward and maintain KPIs on our performance

You will report directly to the Director of Global Rewards and work closely with the P&C leadership, regional P&C operations and their region reward clusters, Finance, and Legal teams. You will have a team of reward professionals.

The ideal candidate can:

• Engage and influence the senior leadership of the Amadeus group

• Collaborate with and lead a varying set of stakeholders in human resources and business units, to deliver challenging KPIs for transformation initiatives

• Handle both hands-on work in systems and operational process and communicate big picture thinking and initiative design

• Speak to the C suite and develop complex solutions for approvals

• Bring extensive experience with benefits, equity, mobility, bonus plans, salary reviews, salary surveys, and the creation and design of salary ranges for multiple countries

• Understand different benefits in a multi country context, and work with global brokers

• Lead through people and line manage people who work on global projects

• Lead projects which drive change and impact a global population
