This is a high-impact role for an attorney who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants broad exposure across corporate governance, strategic transactions, commercial matters, and operational legal support.<br><br>As Corporate Counsel, you will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, People, and Operations to help Armada scale responsibly and efficiently. You will support a wide range of legal initiatives, including corporate governance, strategic transactions and financing, entity management, and day-to-day corporate legal operations.<br><br>This role is ideal for an attorney who combines strong legal fundamentals with sound business judgment and is excited to build scalable processes at a rapidly growing technology company.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul
