General Labor Production- 1 Shift - Warren MI Plant

The starting pay for this position is $20.40/hr.

This is an 8hr Shift, Mon- Fri, with Saturday as needed

Functions

• To maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture
• Receive training as required
• Perform various positions as required/assigned

Description

This position is responsible for non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

·       Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly

·       Must be able to write legibly and perform simple mathematical functions

·       Must be able to read and follow written instructions

·       Must be able to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively

·       Must be able to work well with a team

·       Must be able to work on your feet for a period of 8-12 hours in a cold or hot environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
