About the team:
Digital Retail RCB value stream support
The Digital Banking agile coaches team is a team of individuals with strong agile backgrounds. We are tasked with coaching up teams of varying sizes on best agile practices, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the teams are running smoothly and assisting the Product Owner and Technical Leads on each team with managing their teams. Our agile coaches oversee typical scrum team sizes as well as on up to entire value streams.
What you will be doing:
Support Digital Product Owners by utilizing collaborative techniques and communication strategies for efficient backlog management.
Run quarterly Agile Maturity Assessments and Value Stream Mapping to promote a culture of Continuous Improvements.
Provide support to 3-4 teams each.
Agile Coach will supervise the application of agile principles and help the PO with any escalations or blockers.
Promote self-organizing, cross-functional techniques in the production of high-value products.
Supports teams by removing impediments to protect sprint goals.
Facilitates Scrum ceremonies as requested or needed, maintains time-box ceremonies.
Practices the core agile principles in collaboration, prioritization, accountability.
Promotes continuous improvement throughout the product cycle.
Facilitates sprint demos, planning and retrospectives.
Provides status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedules, resources and milestone delivery.
Provide support to POs and Tower leaders.
What you will need:
Knowledge of Agile development principles
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master helpful.
Strong mediation and negotiation skills
Skill in organization, communications, problem-solving and people skills
Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts
