Remote US-based Role
JOB SUMMARY
Provide leadership and direction to influence revenues, profitability, customer satisfaction, employee development & morale, quality, product development & management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhance revenues, profitability, optimize costs; improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
- Forecast and manage development related budgets.
- Build world-class solutions to tap newer market opportunities.
- Responsible for on-time, high quality product development, L3/maintenance, funded development & solutions management at optimized cost.
- Manage critical account customer escalations and deliver high quality delivery.
- Deploy appropriate tools and create world-class infrastructure.
- Responsible for people development, resource management and enhancing overall productivity.
- Identify and recruit internal/external talents to ensure effective mix of competencies.
- Induct new joiners to quickly maximize performance.
- Set and communicate team/individual objectives and KPI to inspire individuals to achieve high performance.
- Allocate workload to fully utilize every employee’s talent.
- Implement development plans and coach for individuals to reach their maximum talent.
- Recognize high performers to maintain motivation and retain key talent.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant program of study or equivalent work experience
- Master of Business Administration preferred
Work Experience
- 15+ years relevant work experience preferred
- Significant experience in the specific area of competence/domain such as programs, operations, technology, tools, infrastructure, quality etc.
- Strong and demonstrable experience in IT, applications, product industry
- Reputed person in the peer group in the industry
- 10+ years relevant leadership experience including responsibility for a subfunction within a business unit
WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
- Remote role. Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
- May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays
- On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time
TRAVEL
Up to 20% travel may be required.
