This role is responsible for supervising the sealing team, maintaining equipment, coordinating with adjacent teams, and reporting shift outcomes.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Team Leadership:</strong></p> <p>Supervise, train, and support sealing machine operators and associates during the shift. Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to SOPs.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Quality Control:</strong></p> <p>Monitor the sealing process for accuracy, consistency, and food safety compliance. Conduct visual inspections of sealed products and address any quality issues immediately.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Machine Operation &amp; Maintenance:</strong></p> <p>Ensure the sealing machine is operated correctly and safely.
