Event Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an Events Assistant/Specialist to support planning, organizing, and executing successful events for Acolad.
This role will assist in all aspects of event marketing, from pre-event communication and logistics to on-site event support and post-event evaluation.
This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Promoting events across several platforms
• Supporting the events manager with logistical and administrative support
• Assisting with creative decisions and helping develop new projects
• Help develop event marketing materials
• Assisting and execute multiple end-to-end live and virtual events

• Centralize and maintain updated events’ calendar, best practices and processes
• Help building Acolad concept events such as customers events, webinars or workshops
• Research and advise on events to attend and evaluate sponsorship opportunities
• Provide improvements and bring new ideas and concepts to event programs

Requirements

• 3+ Experience in events management
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of French or/and German are a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Autonomy and ability to proactively address
• Solid project management skills (ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow through on deadlines)

• Experience with the following tools is a plus: Salesforce (or similar CRM), HubSpot (or other marketing automation tools), GoToWebinar (or other digital event platform).
