Century Automotive Service Corporation, a MAPFRE USA Company, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a leading provider of extended warranty programs and ancillary finance and insurance products. Century currently markets its products through specialized F&I (Finance & Insurance) Agencies that have relationships with car dealerships around the United States.
This position is on site in our ALBUQUERQUE Office and pays up to $18 an hour to start and includes comprehensive benefits on Day One
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MT during training, then 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 day remote) after training, overtime as required
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the effective and efficient completion of all new rate cards, rate card modifications and special rate card requests. Also responsible for documenting, cataloging and maintaining all rate cards in the system. Additional responsibilities include prompt and courteous service to both internal and external customers
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently complete all daily tasks relating to rate card development, implementation, and modification utilizing Excel.
- Promptly resolve rate card issues.
- Maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Document, catalog, and maintain all rate cards.
- Installation of rates, forms, and eligibility parameters into contract management system..
- Manage and respond to emails in both personal and shared department inboxes.
- Act as a backup to the Quality Assurance Associate by being able to conduct thorough testing of rates.
- Participate in additional cross training within the organization.
- Special projects or other duties as assigned.
Competencies: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an attention to detail and accuracy. Must have the ability to actively listen and solve problems, be organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and work independently or as part of a team. Multi-tasking skills are crucial. Must possess the ability to change direction and adjust priorities frequently during the day.
Communication: Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization, in addition to customers, agents and clients.
Excellent Client / Customer Service: Must possess a customer service attitude and be able to ensure all customers, and/or client related issues are handled in a fast, fair and courteous manner.
