As a Training Specialist you’ll be working to support the plant’s day-to-day operations around quality. You’ll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Supply Chain Professional and directly impact the quality of our products – helping to improve real lives.

Your key responsibilities
- Standard Operating Procedure Database - Write SOPs and Work Procedures to support the Initial standard training program for new hires to be implemented. Upkeep and organization of the database; support of production in updating and modifying procedures for upload.
- Maintain The Skills Matrix – responsible for collecting all training documents and updating a cross training skills matrix for each employee.
- Update Training Key Performance Indicators - Maintain measurable KPI’s and an annual calendar for the production training plan
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure Quality and HS&E training - Coordinate the execution of compliance trainings with SME/ Mgrs. Support the maintenance and reporting of quality and safety training metrics. Provide a monthly training review for HS&E and other safety related training to the Corporate Compliance Manager.
- Compliance Suite Training Records Database – responsible for entering all new employees into the Compliance Suite as well as terminating/deactivating ex-employees.
- Compliance Suite Management – Collect sign in sheets for all completed compliance training and enter into employee folders in the Compliance Suite.

- REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree Supply Chain
- Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel and standard MS office software. SAP experience preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to be on your feet for 50-70% of the day; Able to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs; Requires wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
