Your role and responsibilities:

Job Summary – As Group Leader, you are responsible for leading production team members in the safe and successful operation of production lines, maintaining production standards, product quality and documentation, and assisting employees and supervisor as needed.  This also includes stocking adequate components for production, distributing raw materials from warehouse to assigned department(s) and removing finished goods i.e.; pallets for shipment.  You are responsible for the routine communication of job assignments, training production team members, and assigning production team members' work for the day.

 

 What is required for this role:

• Previous experience performing in a lead or supervisory position in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership aptitude.
• Computer literate in application software systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP etc.)
• Great organization skills, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and adherence to the attendance policy.
• Able to safely operate fork truck and pallet jack.
• Demonstrate safe behavior and support department/plant Safety goals.
• Able to work four, 10-hour days, Monday through Thu
