Job Title: Full-time Med Techs/ Resident Care Assistants

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Second Shift (2-10P)

Location: Grand Villa of Deland

We are currently seeking Full-time Med Techs/ Resident Care Assistants to join our team at Grand Villa of Deland. As a Med Tech/ Resident Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our residents and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medication to residents as prescribed by physicians

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff

- Assist with meal preparation and feeding

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

- Provide emotional support to residents and their families

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of a state-approved Med Tech training program

- Current certification as a Med Tech

- Experience working in a senior living community preferred

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
