Regional Supply Planner, your new opportunity?

You will perform Supply Planning processes, following defined standard operating procedures and maintain an overview of overall Supply Planning team activities. Contribute to the achievement of Supply Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements. Be a main contact for the team lead and the Head of Planning concerning defined processes. You will report to our Supply Planning Team Manager.

In this exciting opportunity, you'll:

• Actively improve processes
• Provide professional support for colleagues
• Builds relationships with teams and stakeholders
• Communicate with internal peers through communication tools.
• Act as contact person for key stakeholders for operational topics
• Proactive cooperation with other work streams within the GBS in overseeing the end-to-end process

Daily operations in the Supply Planning area:

• Optimize inbound supply patterns and evaluate exception requests from site
• Manage planning parameters and lead time data and evaluate exception requests from site
• Perform stock transfers for inventory optimization purposes
• Identify material supply constraints and collaborate with regional Supply Chain team to develop resolution options
• Create presentation material for supply review and executive S&OP
• Manage short/long-term supply issues from network that satisfies site/global requirements in most cost-effective manner
• Analyze parameters, demand and inventory impact for formula transfer and mass replacement
• Identify slow and obsolete inventory batches, review status and facilitate necessary stock transfers
• Adherence to service levels
• Adherence to procedures
• KPI's development and update
• Pain points analysis as inputs for Network supply planners and production planners
• Ad-hoc request to provide perspective on network scenarios

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Advanced English
• 2years of experience in Planning
• Experience with SAP PP/MM modules
• Advanced MS excel (can perform complex functions)
