Business Planning Manager

Position Description:

Create estimations, summarize, and analyze to promote activities and follow up on product cost reduction.

Understand cost structure and analyze cost conditions to build plans, promote activities, and follow up on them.

Report cost and profit status to the organization at each milestone, leading cost team members to accomplish activities.

Maintain a mindset of improvement by analyzing root causes of problems and proposing ideas for improvement.

Deeply understand drawings or process changes and their cost impact, sharing status and agreeing on next actions with others.

Visualize activities to support others in understanding cost status easily, and report any problems or progress updates to managers.

Identify each member's level and workload, setting up appropriate training plans.

 

 

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required:

General Knowledge about Profit and Loss

Leading small group project experience, coaching, building team experience

Microsoft Office, presentation skill

Not only the cost, but also the attitude towards learning technical expertise

 

Skills and Experience Preferred:

Cost planning experience in Aisin Group

Automotive experience

Bilingual (Japanese)
