Facilities Project Coordinator

Pay Range: $24.98 - $33.31

Responsible for the development and management of company capital expenditures related to facilities projects. Assists in day to day duties of Facilities and Maintenance Department.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• 5-10 years of experience in building trade related field preferred

Skills and Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of the building trades. (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC).
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous project management experience required.

Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:

May require some evening and weekend hours. Some travel required. Valid driver’s license.

Tasks Performed:

• 25% Daily management of Capital Expenditure program related to facilities projects.
• 20% Assist in planning and development of cost estimates for budgeting purposes.
• 20% Develop and maintain capital expenditure tracking for review monthly.
• 20% Provides project management for special projects.
• 10% Work with maintenance personnel on various projects as required. May require moving large objects and heavy lifting.
• 5% Other duties as assigned.
