Bilingual Maintenance Supervisor

The S5 Maintenance Supervisor will support the Sr. Maintenance Manager in overseeing the Workplace maintenance program and supervise the 5S floor tape program to maintain an organized and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Maintenance Manager in planning and executing the maintenance program.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the 5S Tape Team.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and operating efficiently.
• Implement and manage the 5S floor tape program to enhance workplace organization and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of tape work performed and materials used.
• Ordering needed supplies.
• Train and mentor maintenance/tape team on best practices and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to production.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
  Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a factory setting.
  
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
• Familiarity with the 5S methodology and its implementation.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed

Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 per year

Shift: Monday- Friday, 7:30AM - 5:30PM
