Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Operations Leads are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

• Assist the Operations Supervisor in the day-to-day operations
• Ensuring work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resources
• Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed 
• Responsible for and oversee their respective department
• Monitor the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures
• Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards - Ensure team members are following all SOPs and meeting productivity requirements
• Managing inventory displays

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Available to work 3rd shift:  9:30 pm - 6:30 am unless OT deemed necessary  
• Ability to work in team environment
• Ability to focus on detail and quality
• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to efficiently use IT hardware, software and peripherals as it pertains to the performance of daily tasks
• Critical Skills: Working knowledge of Material Handling issues

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Licenses/Certificates: Forklift certified - Technology/Equipment 
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or medical warehouse environment

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Environmental demands include walking or standing at a minimum of 80% of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasking in a busy environment.
