The Principal Solutions Architect is the strategic business partner to the Directors of Enterprise Accounts, selling into Fortune 1000 companies. The Principal Solutions Architect will direct enterprise account sales activities specific to each account. Conceptualize innovative application architecture and translate complex innovation into product specifications. Oversee client as it relates to the analysis, design, deployment and evolution of document solutions. Lead the process of customizing and evolving every solution to meet that customer’s unique business model and requirements. This includes the assessment of viable solution options; formulating and presenting these options to various levels of management; influencing and directing decisions that result in optimal client solution performance.
In a sales consultant role with us, you will be building relationships with potential new customers and maintaining current clients, which requires you to be out in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities
+ Work with the Directors of Enterprise Account to establish specific account plans and strategies
+ Analyze prospect’s requirements and propose optimal solution
+ Create and deliver technical demonstrations and presentations
+ Master and maintain detailed knowledge of document workflow configuration options
+ Document and communicate product feedback and new requirements from the field
+ Communicate competitive intelligence from the field
+ Budgetary proposals and pricing should be developed by working directly with the internal operations team and Directors of Enterprise Accounts.
+ Heavy emphasis on technology solutions, document management services, printing and client on-site printing equipment and print tracking software
+ Review and respond to customer and prospect RFPs
+ Required to provide assessment services to develop a current and future state output design
Qualifications
+ Minimum 7 years pre-sales experience
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience selling solutions to C-Level at large companies
+ Consistent over-quota performance and top-tier company ranking
+ Proven experience in pre-sales engineering, consultation, or complex technology solution roles
+ Technical translator - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
+ Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
+ Interaction with senior executives across multiple industries
+ Strong C-level/board-level communication skills
+ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Organizational / program management experience
+ Ability to interact with all levels of management
+ Ability to travel up to 70% (overnight required)
+ Valid driver’s license requied
+ Company relocation is not provided. This is a remote position.
Preferred:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Experience within the office product industry
