As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication within our organization and providing a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering inquiries, managing calls, and maintaining the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome with a Smile: Greet customers, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their experience.
- Connect and Assist: Answer phones efficiently, transfer calls, and take messages while providing helpful information to customers with genuine care.
- Handle Transactions: Assist customers with payments, ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout process.
- Refresh and Replenish: Keep our refreshment area stocked with snacks and beverages, creating a cozy space for visitors.
- Maintain an Inviting Atmosphere: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with team members and departments, fostering a cooperative spirit and sharing important updates.
- Stay Organized: Complete closing transaction documents accurately and balance the cash drawer to maintain financial integrity.
- Adapt and Contribute: Be open to performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team.
Qualifications
What we need:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work well with others and manage multiple phone lines.
- Must be flexible with shift availability.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and perform various physical tasks (bending, stretching, kneeling, squatting).
- A valid driver's license.
- Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
