Join us and see the difference.</p><p><strong>Work #LikeABosch</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Coordinates and conducts testing for S4/Hana implementation within the EMEA region;</li><li>Execute test cases when needed, documenting test results, defects, and issues;</li><li>Analyze test results, identify patterns and potential areas of improvement, collaborating with deploy teams to address defects and optimize system performance;</li><li>Provides daily briefing of test cases and informing test results to relevant users;</li><li>Coordinates with other stakeholders involved in the project implementation for testing requirements for the dedicated process;</li><li>Responsible to assure a high-quality and timely results of test cases assigned;</li><li>Conducts end user trainings for S4/Hana implementation projects during testing phases;</li><li>Maintains continuous contact with the S4/Hana deploy teams with regards to test cases / testing process improvements relevant for own organization;</li><li>Actively participating to the Continuous Improvement Process;</li><li>Participates and supports various projects regarding S4/Hana deploy roll-outs within the region;</li><li>Able to work with cross functional teams, development teams on requirements validation, testing coordination and test data setup;</li><li>Ensures good communication with local unit and internal/ external customers;</li><li>Offers support and training to the new colleagues regarding Bosch accounting standards, continuous improvement, process specifics and OR-CC related topics ( i.e S4 testings, IT tools usage, trainings, etc.);</li><li>Prepares and presents specific reports, in accordance with management instructions;</li><li>Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;</li><li>Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Language: English (minimum B2 Level) and/ or another language is considered a plus;</li><li>Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree;</li><li>At least two years’ experience in Financial accounting;</li><li>Good knowledge of SAP-FI and good knowledge in further modules CO, MM, SD;</li><li>Microsoft Office Package – advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office;</li><li>Analytical thinking, good knowledge of specific SAP transactions in area of expertise;</li><li>Proactive approach; ability to organize and prioritize tasks;</li><li>Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines;</li><li>Capacity to synthesis data to foster decision process;</li><li>Time management skills;</li><li>Ability to work in a structured and careful way;</li><li>Team player and ability to work in a flexible environment.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>#LikeABosch Benefits:</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Financial benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Flexible benefits system</strong> – In addition to your salary, we provide 2700 RON/year through your benefits account, allowing reimbursements based on your preferences;</li><li><strong>Meal tickets -</strong> A balanced diet includes at least one hot meal per day, therefore we offer you meal tickets with a value of 35 Ron;</li><li><strong>The 13th salary - </strong>Your contribution to Bosch is valuable.
