Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively seeking a HR Business Systems Analyst who works directly with the HR & IT SAP teams  If you have strong business acumen in the field of HR, have excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, and are looking to be part of a system and business process transformation (we are implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central), this could be the ideal job for you.  The primary duty and first large assignment would be to act as a business analyst to manage/coordinate meetings and workshops between HR departments/regions, document the output of business process alignment decisions, translate those business requirements into technical requirements, and work with an implementation vendor.  Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central would greatly benefit your success in this role, however, if you have no previous experience you will be expected to learn it very quickly.  Post-implementation, duties would expand out to be a full functional SME for Employee Central while assuming more responsibilities as an Arthrex BSA.  Join our talented HR IT team at a global medical device company focused on Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™.

 

Specialized Skills

• Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management processes.
• Advanced interpersonal skills required to interact with staff, colleagues, management, and internal/external customers.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors: Employee Central highly desired.
• Previous experience with SAP HCM is a plus.
• Experience with SAP Recruiting, Learning Management (LMS), Performance Management & Goals Management (PM/GM) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Experience working in projects where multiple functions work in a matrix structure is a plus
• CBAP, PMP, SAP, SuccessFactors certifications is a plus.
• Previous involvement in the deployment or optimization of an ERP system is a plus

 

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 + years of relevant work experience required

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) and business processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.
• Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions.
• Participate in Application Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Management, and Maintenance in an Enterprise environment, including (where applicable):

• Access administration and user onboarding.
• Issue resolution, patching, and performance monitoring.
• Reliability, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Monitor system logs for unusual activity and escalate or makes recommendations for resolution.
• Participate in infrastructure projects to provide application specifications and requirements, as well as operational, run book, and capacity planning information.

• Support user acceptance testing and user training activities.
• Adhere to the Quality System Procedures and Change Control.
• Lead and/or participate in delivery of projects.
• Provide Application End User support.
• Respond, resolve, or escalate reported incidents.
• Under management direction, may participate as SME for audits.
• Responsible for coordinating application needs from back-end platforms through user interface. <
