As Senior Manager, Operations Portfolio Segment Leader, you own the future of operations at Medtronic. You’ll lead and deliver multiple New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from an operations perspective, managing advanced manufacturing engineers, and orchestrating cross-functional teams. Your charge: build sustainable, scalable supply chains that deliver life-changing products, on time and at optimal quality, cost, and availability, for every patient.
You’ll set the direction, drive results, and solve problems. From coordinating resources and refining processes to hitting revenue, margin, and inventory targets, you’ll turn strategy into measurable outcomes. You’ll foster a high-performing team of culture, lead operational improvement, and standardize best practices across programs. - Portfolio Oversight: You are responsible for the successful delivery of operations activities and metrics for your assigned program(s), whether that means overseeing a portfolio or owning a given project. You coordinate the implementation of sustainable and scalable supply chains across all NPI programs, ensuring robust, cost-effective value streams that will serve patients for the next decade.
- Operational Excellence: You own Ops NPI delivery and the critical metrics for your program and/or portfolio. You are responsible for driving consistency across the CTOR team’s mechanisms and approaches (e.g., PPAP, Design Transfer, Value Stream Readiness Reviews, AOP, Goals, Launch Stability Metrics, DRM, etc.)
