What You'll Do:

  • Guide clients and teams along their analytics journey, which includes aligning with their strategic vision for analytics, crafting a practical roadmap of initiatives, and aiding our clients in implementing those initiatives
  • Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in large and intricate data sets
  • Suggest ways to streamline data preparation and blending to support analytics
  • Contribute to the creation of forecasting and predictive analytics models
  • Generate compelling insights through visual analytics, dashboards, and/or reporting
  • Conduct interviews with clients to analyze current state/future state gaps and pinpoint root causes of challenges
  • Mentor team members by coaching colleagues, providing regular ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews, and helping project teams resolve multi-faceted issues
  • Cultivate new client relationships and deepen existing ones
  • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years working with large data sets to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in data tools such as Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Snowflake or Azure.
  • Expertise in the financial services sectors: investment banking, broker-dealers, custody, fund administration, and asset management.
  • Strong grasp of financial services ecosystems, covering trade and client lifecycle management, and the downstream impact on Risk, Finance, and Compliance functions
  • 4+ years in Big Four or equivalent background working at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services organization
  • Prior experience in professional services or a similar customer-focused, project-oriented environment
  • Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and assisting project teams in resolving complex and multi-faceted issues
  • Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar discipline
  • Willingness to travel based on client preferences
  • Availability to work on client site or in office 3 days a week, with 2 days remote (hybrid environment)

The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $107,000 - $236,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
