<p><strong>Project Manager to drive strategic projects in Manufacturing (Maternity cover - 6 months position)</strong></p> <strong>Are you</strong><strong> </strong><strong>an energetic project manager with experience driving cross-functional projects and </strong><strong>passionate about </strong><strong>bringing the best out of each project team member</strong><strong>? </strong><strong>Do you have an strategic mindset and do you thrive facilitating decision making and identification of opportunities for improvement?</strong> At AGC Biologics we are looking for an experienced project manager leading process optimization projects in manufacturing, in field of process optimization leadtime improvements and process compliance.   <strong>About the Role</strong> As Project Manager for Manufacturing Readiness &amp; Compliance, you will be responsible to lead strategic and cross-functional projects in manufacturing.  <p>Your key responsibilities will include,</p> <ul> <li>Drive strategic and cross-functional projects across manufacturing, including implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes, implementation of compliance projects across manufacturing </li> <li>Define, maintain and own project plans</li> <li>Ensure resource allocation to the projects</li> <li>Define, maintain and prioritize the roadmap for strategic initiatives / projects</li> <li>Align with key stakeholders to drive the projects</li> <li>Create a governance around the projects</li> <li>Be the key presenter for steering committee</li> <li>Lend a helping hand/sparring to colleagues wherever needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have a Master’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, natural sciences or similar</li> <li>2-3 years experience working as project manager for strategic and cross-functional projects in manufacturing</li> <li>Strong change management skills and business understanding.</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills and proven experience in working with stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken</li> <li>Can do attitude</li> <li>Ability yo drive/influence decision making through ambiguity</li> </ul> <p>On a personal level you are pro-active and structured and like to work with planning. You can keep the overview of a lot of activities with dependencies. Based on your structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritizing your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind.
