WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a manager to lead a priority pillar within the Integrated Fulfillment Planning (IFP) team in APLA Marketplace Supply Chain.

This Manager is a self-starter, flexible problem solver and outstanding communicator who is comfortable learning quickly and connecting the dots to help drive business opportunities. They can easily form relationships and lead teams towards practical deliverables. They are comfortable with ambiguity and data, tenacious about discovering the root cause of a problem, and creative in their approach to solution design. They enjoy working across multiple collaborator teams and are confident in explaining sophisticated business topics to non-technical / operational audiences. They should be determined, proactive, and able to handle several concurrent tracks of work.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be responsible for providing actionable insights and visibility to the APLA Marketplace, monitoring and aligning order book management by identifying risks & opportunities.

No day will be the same. You’ll balance key priorities within a growing business and ruthlessly prioritize to achieve business results, all while leading a high powered team of IFP Specialists. As a leader within APLA’s Supply Chain team, you bring a positive attitude, infectious energy, and a creative problem solving approach to the table.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report directly to the Director of Integrated Fulfillment Planning within Marketplace Supply Chain. You will work cross functionally with Supply & Inventory Planning, Enterprise Business Planning and Finance. You will be a valued member of the APLA Marketplace Supply Chain team, working functionally within DC Operations, Transportation, Customs & Trade, and with the Integrated Fulfillment Planning teams across the APLA Territories.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Planning, or other relevant fields, plus 5 years of relevant work experience, or 8 years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience working in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Planning preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Familiarity with analytical and statistical toolsets (SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, etc)
• Able to translate between technical and business counterparts to deliver meaningful insights derived from data
• Keen ability to lead and influence others to inspire change, driven by a strategic and innovative approach
• Ability to support large scale transformational change
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment
• Self-motivated, curious, result-oriented, and a creative thinker
• An influential communicator who can communicate effectively with teammates at all levels
