Software QA Analyst 1

Purpose:

Our EDI systems are an integral part of our Revenue Cycle software. Work as part of our production support team

enhancing and maintaining our EDI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute test plans for EDI application development, enhancements, and bug fixes for both UI and
• executable programs.
• Report issues found during testing.
• Ensure that software adheres to company standards.
• Work with the business, users, and other stakeholders to identify test cases.
• Work with application developers to fix problems discovered during testing.
• Document test results and respond to questions from business and IT team members.
• Conduct regression testing for monthly releases.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced college degree required
• Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman, Katalon, Insomnia, ReadyAPI, SOAPUI a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement a plus
• Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
• Experience working on a project team.
• Experience working with SQL databases to query data.
• Experience working in a Test Management Tool (JIRA, ADO) a plus.
• Experience with test automation a plus
• Experience using Agile SDLC a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary Range: $50k-$60k
