About This Role

This position is for a FP&A professional with the Global Access Solutions organization. This role will report directly to the Global Access Solutions FP&A Manager and will be responsible for supporting global consolidation of regional inputs related to regional strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting, financial performance (backlog, sales, margin), reporting, etc.  

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously that will be reviewed by Senior Executives. Further, thinking critically, analyzing effectively and communication efficiently is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play an active role in the processes and activities of the Business Planning team to ensure effective, efficient and accurate forecasting and planning

  • Partner with Divisional teams on financial forecasting and reporting with excellent attention to detail, ensuring deadlines are met

  • Develop analysis to provide relevant Executive-level guidance on business performance and areas of risk & opportunity

  • Build relationships with senior operational partners across the business

  • Responsible for standard reporting with strong attention to detail

  • Complete ad hoc analysis projects with tight deadlines

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting

  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate finance, FP&A or Accounting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Proven aptitude with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
