About the role
<p>Do you like working with machines and keeping production running smoothly? As a Production Operator in the food industry, you play a key role in ensuring a stable, efficient and safe production process. You work in a modern production environment where teamwork, responsibility and quality matter.</p>
<ul>
<li>You start up, operate and <strong>adjust production machines</strong> throughout the shift.</li>
<li>You monitor the production process and <strong>intervene </strong>when adjustments are needed.</li>
<li>You <strong>troubleshoot minor technical</strong> issues and contact maintenance when necessary.</li>
<li>You follow the production planning and keep the process running efficiently.</li>
<li>You communicate clearly with fellow operators to ensure smooth collaboration.</li>
<li>You help guarantee production continuity through good organisation and coordination.</li>
<li>You handle basic administrative tasks related to production.</li>
<li>You keep your workstation clean, organised and compliant with hygiene and safety rules.</li>
</ul>

<li>You have relevant <strong>experience </strong>as a production or machine operator.</li>
<li>You are able to work <strong>independently </strong>and take responsibility for your process.</li>
<li>You are hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented.</li>
<li>You have basic technical insight and enjoy working with machines.</li>
<li>You speak<strong> English fluently</strong> (no Dutch required for this role, Polish/Romanian is useful).</li>
<li>You are willing to work in shifts, including early starts (from 3:00 AM) or a fixed afternoon shift.<br>(A forklift certificate is a plus, but not required.)</li>
