We are looking for a Manager - Operations - QC to oversee and improve warehouse operations while ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality control. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations, you’ll drive strategic initiatives, enhance productivity, and help shape the future of LMG’s operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Safety First: Promote a culture of safety, ensure compliance with safety policies, and conduct regular inspections and audits.
✅ Optimize Operations: Plan, manage, and improve daily warehouse operations for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
✅ Process & Quality Control: Implement systems to enhance inventory management, accuracy, and loss prevention.
✅ Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering career growth and employee engagement.
✅ Show Readiness & Logistics: Ensure timely delivery and return of projects, maintaining fleet and equipment compliance.
✅ Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, planning, and operational controls to meet business and client objectives.
✅ Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement new quality control and operational procedures to drive excellence.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Experienced Leader – Background in warehouse operations, logistics, or audiovisual production preferred.
✔️ Problem-Solver – Ability to identify challenges and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
✔️ Strong Communicator – Skilled at coaching, mentoring, and fostering team collaboration.
✔️ Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Safety & Compliance Focused – Knowledge of OSHA regulations, DOT compliance, and inventory control best practices.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

🔹 Base Salary Range: $66,161 - $79,712/year (Actual salary based on experience.)
