Pay Range:
$38.20 - $57.30Our 7-bed Level III NICU provides specialized care for neonates born at 28 weeks gestation and above who require advanced monitoring and transitional support. The unit offers 24/7 provider coverage, with NICU staff attending all high-risk deliveries to ensure immediate assessment and stabilization. Infants requiring cardiac interventions or urgent surgical care are promptly transferred to a higher level of specialty care.
This collaborative, family-centered unit brings together nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment dedicated to supporting the unique needs of newborns and their families.
Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of NICU experience and be comfortable caring for neonatal patients requiring specialized observation and support.
