Schedule:Friday, Saturday, Sunday6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!Note: Full 40-hour pay applies only if all scheduled hours are worked.
Job Overview:We’re seeking 3 skilled Industrial Painters to join a production team for a weekend shift assignment. This is a temporary role lasting approximately 3–4 months, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance and workload.

Responsibilities:

• Apply industrial coatings to metal surfaces using spray equipment or other methods
• Follow safety and quality guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work collaboratively with other painters and team members

Requirements:

• Previous industrial painting experience required
• Must be reliable and able to commit to the full weekend schedule
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• PPE and safety compliance required
