Job Summary

The Warehouse and Service Coordinator is responsible for efficient management of warehouse materials and select support functions related to the success of the service department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order and assembly of goods
• Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently while observing defined safety protocols
• Maintain stock control systems, accurate inventory of materials, general cleanliness and organization of warehouse space
• Plan for future capacity requirements
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
• Maintain standards of health, safety and security always
• Field incoming requests for service
• Coordinate with all departments to facilitate technician availability
• Schedule service technicians site visits as related to client requested work
• Collect service reports from technicians at scheduled intervals
• Calculate total cost for each service record and submit to billing specialist
• Interface with vendors to facilitate repair or replacement of defective equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with AS400 is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable
• Must be able to multi-task and be very organized
• Must be a self-starter and able to work with diverse group of construction personnel
• Proficient with time management
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• Reliability and longevity required
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
