For over a decade, our core clinical and support teams have worked side-by-side, delivering compassionate, evidence-based treatment that changes lives.</p> <p>As part of the Altior network, you’ll find the stability of an established organization with the heart of a close-knit treatment community where every role matters.</p></div><h3>Job Summary</h3> <p>As a Registered Nurse with Paradigm Treatment and Ridge RTC, you will provide direct patient care to individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges within our residential treatment programs. You will play a vital role on the multidisciplinary treatment team, supporting patients through assessment, medication management, and ongoing clinical care.</p> <p>As part of the Altior network, you’ll find the stability of an established organization with the heart of a close-knit treatment community where every role matters. The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care within a residential mental health setting, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey while ensuring clinical excellence, safety, and continuity of care.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Obtain and accurately document patient vital signs as needed throughout their stay in the residential facility.</li> <li>Plan and deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions related to medications and psychiatric diagnoses.</li> <li>Conduct pre-admission triage and assess clinical appropriateness for admission as patients begin their treatment journey.</li> <li>Administer medications in accordance with organizational policies, best practices, and regulatory standards.</li> <li>Document nursing goals, interventions, and clinical outcomes in the patient’s medical record while actively participating in treatment planning.</li> <li>Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to infection-control protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled-substance regulations.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li&gt
