Job Description

As a Senior Analyst you'll build the strategic and tactical foundation for data-driven marketing efforts. You'll work to achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, email offer optimization, and/or email testing strategy. Day-to-day, your role includes:

• Working on reporting & analysis for e-mail and push notifications for mobile, devices

• Instituting frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting.

• Diving into large data sets, uncovering insights, and providing impactful recommendation for clients.

• Understanding and helping to implement existing data processes, standards, tools and templates.

• Delivering projects with high precision and within tight deadlines.

• Leveraging advanced analytic techniques to drive media performance, isolate key KPI trends, predict email audience behaviors, maximize sales conversion, drive optimizations (across media investment and mix, target audiences, and creative messages) and forecast critical business outcomes.

• Help develop and distribute reporting dashboards and pull ad hoc reports.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations in collaboration with strategy and performance teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years cumulative experience within Data, Analytics, and related fields

• Must have strong understanding of email marketing /planning

• Preferred Bachelor's degree focusing in math or science

• Experience implementing reporting dashboards across global brands.

• Passion for email marketing and emerging trends in the electronics market

• Must have hands on experience of data visualization and BI tools such as, PowerBI and Tableau

• Must be a problem solver with a keen analytical mind.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Macros, vLookup, pivot tables, etc.

• Experience working with international teams is a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must.

• Highly polished, accurate and on point - very detail oriented, autonomous, strong critical thinker

• It is critical to be a self-starter and to take the initiative

• An excellent communicator - able to write clearly and speak professionally.

• Experience in SQL and Tableau a plus
