What You'll Be Doing!

  • Bringing smiles and progress to kids of all ages.
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
  • Collecting data on your iPad to track growth and celebrate achievements.
  • Collaborating with a dynamic clinical team.
  • Traveling to homes, daycares, or schools to provide individualized support.
  • Receiving consistent supervision and support from a Clinical Supervisor and BCBA

  Pay & Perks

  • $25–$30/hour (depending on ABA experience)
  • Paid driving time between clients + mileage reimbursement
  • iPad/tablet provided
  • Monthly phone stipend

Requirements

 What You Need To Join

  • Available Monday–Friday (1:00–6:00PM).   
  • Be at least 18 years old.   
  • High School diploma.   
  • Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance.   
  • Ability to lift/carry toys & materials (25–50 lbs).   
  • Energy to play, patience to teach, and heart to care.    

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience working with kids or individuals with Autism or are an RBT already.   
  • Speak Spanish or know ASL.
