The Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to create technical synergy that will support large-scale software rollout in VHA hospitals and clinical outreach facilities? As a Data Integration SME, you know the importance of ensuring technical specifications work together.

 

On our team, you’ll design, develop, and implement solutions for software integration projects across functions or between organizations that’ll directly impact veteran healthcare. Using application integration, you’ll work alongside software development engineers to develop and maintain complex VBA scripts to automate tasks and enhance data processing for future releases. You'll also provide analysis and input to develop Power BI dashboards while conducting data analysis to prepare and present results to multiple stakeholders.

You Have:

• 15+ years of experience with data integration

• Experience creating strategies and plans for integration of multiple IT systems o4 subsystems into an operational unit, ensuring full functional and performance capabilities are retained

• Experience coordinating with development and user teams to assess risks, goals, and needs and ensure that all are adequately addressed

• Experience introducing new hardware or software into a new or existing environments while minimizing disruption and mitigating risks

• Experience with Power BI, including DAX and data visualization techniques

• Experience using SQL for data querying and manipulation

• Ability to be cost conscious while addressing goals

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Mathematics

 

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience supporting a federal client

• Experience implementing Electronic Health Records

• Experience with IT infrastructure, including deployment of end user devices such as workstations, printers, scanners, and display boards

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
