As an Administrative Assistant you will, provide administrative support to the Global Operations and Finance departments, including coordinating the day-to-day office activities, arranging meetings and travel, reconciling expenses, creating presentations and reports, planning for events, ordering office supplies and arranging vendor contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, calendar upkeep, correspondence, and communication with senior management, clients, and vendors.
  • Provide administrative support to Operations and Finance departments, including reconciling expenses, processing purchase orders in SAP, and maintaining monthly updates.
  • Offer backup support to senior management and assist other administrative staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) and security protocols, and report incidents or hazards promptly.
  • Organize Operations and Finance events, managing logistics and ensuring expenses stay within budget.
  • Maintain and update records, contact information, and other essential administrative tasks.

You bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Over 5 years of experience in administrative support
