Summary:

Our organization is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our UAT activities across our transformation efforts and own the technology roadmap for Global Supply Chain.

Essential Responsibilities:

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead:

•     Lead the develop and implement UAT plans across various work streams, including test scenarios, test cases, and test script execution.

•     Coordinate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and developers to ensure UAT processes are aligned with project goals.

•     Facilitate UAT sessions, manage defect tracking, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

•     Document and communicate UAT results to leadership regularly including providing recommendations for improvements.

2. IT Intake Processes:

•     Manage the IT intake process, including the evaluation, prioritization, and approval of project requests.

•     Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

•     Facilitate regular intake meetings to review and prioritize incoming requests.

•     Maintain an up-to-date project portfolio and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

•     Ensure that all project requests are documented, tracked, and managed effectively.

3. Project Management:

•     Manage the overall project plan for the team, ensuring that the leads are hitting required milestones and provide regular updates to leadership.

Other Responsibilities: 

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• Years of Experience - Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain or Program Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project).

Expected Salary Range

$116,200.00 - $220,000.00
