Position: Production Coordinator: As Production Manager at Floor Coverings International, you will be instrumental in leading our production and supporting our business growth. Serving as a point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll ensure their satisfaction from start to finish. This role demands strong leadership, outstanding multitasking abilities, and meticulous attention to detail to uphold our standards of excellence.  Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance, providing an extra incentive to excel in your role while contributing to the success of our team.

• Conflict Resolution & Quality Control: Conduct job site visits to ensure quality standards and resolve issues with customers and crews effectively.
