We focus on the details of every project and most importantly, we focus on our clients.  Position Overview: 

• Provide support to the following functions: Marketing, Sales, Production, Financial, Administrative, Human Resource and Business Development. 

 Responsibilities: 

• Answer office phone and redirect customer questions or concerns. 
• Schedule estimates for Sales Associates. 
• Manage production calendar - calling customers to set date, assigning crews to job, etc.
• Order paint and materials, if needed. 
• Daily communication with crews through job progression.
• Conduct follow ups with customers, including after job completion. 
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and apparel.   
• Manage paperwork for new hires and terminated employees. 
• Help plan production meetings with crews and staff. 
• Handle other administrative tasks when needed. 
• Some work in QuickBooks may be required.
• Perform marketing tasks as needed - job site photos, social media posts, etc.   

 Qualifications/Certifications: 

• High school diploma or GED 
• College degree a plus 
• Experienced with social media 
• Organized and detailed oriented 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages 
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred) 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• 1 to 3 years of office work experience (preferred) 

  Each CertaPro Painters® business is independently owned and operated.  Compensation: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
