Senior Salesforce Developer

Join us now!!</p> <p>Ideally, the successful candidate will be lead technical requirement gathering sessions and deliver complex technical solutions utilizing Lightning Components, Apex, Flow, Triggers and Visualforce pages.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p></p> <ul> <li>Implement optimal solutions based on specifications on the Salesforce platform</li> <li>Work closely and collaboratively with Business Teams from multiple countries in global team setting.</li> <li>Mentor the Axway Salesforce team, as necessary, working on all phases of the application development lifecycle.</li> <li>Contribute to Administrate our CI/CD Tools</li> <li>Manage change control according to development policy</li> <li>Creates Apex unit test cases, performs functional testing and ensures proper acceptance testing for every Salesforce release</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues, identifies root causes, resolves bugs and errors</li> <li>Recommend changes in product, process and service improvement in development and configuration</li> <li>Safeguarding Axway and Axway customer data through compliance with Axway policies and the appropriate use of Axway equipment and facilities</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p> </p> <p></p> <p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools.</li> <li>Experience with Lightning Components, Web Components, Design System, APEX Classes, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Approval Processes, Aura, and Flow.</li> <li>Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Portals at an enterprise level of complexity.</li> <li>Experience with Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, User Security Models, Page Layouts, Email Services, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events...</li> <li>Experience with database design concepts and use of SOQL, SOSL, and SQL.</li> <li>Experience with JavaScript, HTML, XML, WSDL and CSS.</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk).</li> <li>Experience leading activities on structured team development projects.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical clients.</li> <li>Ability to select, adapt, and effectively use a variety of programming methods and practice Agile software development methodologies.</li> <li>Ability to recognize and recommend needed changes in user and operations procedures including participation in code reviews.</li> <li>Experience with CPQ</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in CRM business processes like Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Pipeline Management, Account Management, and Case Management.</li> <li>Experience with ETL and integration platform tools.</li> <li>Experience with Git, merging, managing branches, and resolving conflicts.</li> <li>Experience with manual/automated functional testing and unit testing.</li> <li>Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring technical teams of varying skill levels.</li> <li>Knowledge of data design, architecture, relational databases, and data modeling.</li> <li>Knowledge of Salesforce DX.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education, Certifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salesforce Certified Developer credentials.</li> <li>Salesforce Certified Application/System/Technical Architect credentials a plus.</li> <li>BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent</li> <li>5+ years of experience in Salesforce</li> </ul> <p><strong>Company Overview</strong> </p> <p>At Axway, we’re more than a company—we’re a pioneer.
