Job Overview:

This role serves as the single point of accountability for the end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 (M365) digital workplace experience across all advisors, ensuring a consistent, secure, and productivity‑focused environment. The VP combines strategic product management with hands‑on product ownership, owning the full lifecycle of M365 capabilities from intake and prioritization through delivery, launch, and adoption. This role builds and leads a team of product managers and product owners and reports to the SVP, Product Management within the Advisor Engagement and Productivity organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product vision for the advisor digital workplace across Microsoft 365 platforms including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office applications

  • Establish and maintain a unified, scalable operating model supporting both W2 and 1099 advisor environments

  • Own a single consolidated M365 backlog and roadmap aligned to advisor productivity outcomes and business value

  • Serve as Product Owner for M365 initiatives within PI planning and execution, owning prioritization and scope decisions

  • Partner with Technology, EPMO, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Service teams to manage dependencies and delivery outcomes

  • Lead advisor onboarding enablement including Day 1 readiness for email, collaboration, and file access

  • Define standardized digital workplace offerings such as role‑based provisioning and packaged M365 solutions

  • Own lifecycle management for third‑party tools integrated into the M365 ecosystem

  • Establish governance and compliance standards across email, Teams, document management, and external collaboration

  • Build, develop, and lead a team of product managers and product owners with clear accountability and performance expectations

This role requires someone who can win together across highly matrixed partners while fostering a culture that helps teams create and share joy through clarity, ownership, and impact.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, digital workplace, or enterprise productivity platforms

  • 5+ years of experience owning or managing Microsoft 365 capabilities

  • 5+ years of experience leading product managers or product owners as a people leader

  • Experience owning an end‑to‑end product lifecycle including intake, prioritization, roadmap management, delivery, and adoption

  • Experience partnering with Technology, Compliance, and Risk teams in a regulated enterprise environment

Pay Range:

$135,960.00 - $226,600.00


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
