You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.
Business Development, Data & Analytics Summer Intern
YOUR MISSION
The intern will work closely with the Analytics Manager, IT Team, and Business Stakeholders to identify key metrics and capture business logic required to transform raw data into actionable insights.
Driven by innovation, you will deliver key features to extend the capabilities of our tools. You will work closely with Regional Functions to understand the business needs and solve challenging problems. Looking for excellence, you will become an expert in the inner workings on our data visualization tool. In addition, you will be responsible for all stages of workflow software implementation including requirements specifications, design, configuration, and testing.
Key Responsibilities 1: Data Visualization

Create technical design/specification documentation,

Design new Business Dashboards,

Define new Business KPI with users,

Provide ongoing support to users and training materials.
Key Responsibilities 2: Workflow & Digitization
-
Collaborate with the support functions to understand current business processes ,
-
Design new workflow, digitalize and automate manual processes,
-
Replace current business processes and habits with new workflows,
-
Test and measure workflow efficiencies.
YOUR PROFILE

Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application
-
Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or equivalent
-
Clear and logical thinker with outstanding numeric ability,
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success

Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
-
Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program

Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships

Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 3rd - August 9th)
*Students are responsible for all arrangements of housing and travel
