Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Digital Experience to lead and manage our digital experience team. This role will oversee web operations, content strategy, and act as the product manager for our enterprise website, Ansys.com. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing digital teams, driving innovative digital strategies, and delivering exceptional web experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team responsible for the digital experience of Ansys.com, including web operations and content management.
• Act as the product manager for Ansys.com, driving the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Balance the reactive needs of supporting the marketing organization with proactive planning and ownership of the Ansys.com web roadmap, treating the enterprise website as a product to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
• Develop and execute digital content strategies for Ansys products and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and optimize digital strategies for campaigns.
• Oversee the creation, editing, and optimization of digital content to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital content through performance metrics and analytics.
• Manage tagging strategies to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Oversee web authoring processes and maintain self-service documentation for content management.
• Ensure the website meets performance standards, including speed, usability, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and regulatory requirements.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital experience management, web operations, or related roles.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading digital teams and managing enterprise-level websites.
• Strong understanding of digital content strategy, web technologies, and analytics.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and regulatory requirements.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and web authoring tools.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics platforms.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
