Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $27.72 – $39.60 (based on experience)

  • 5+ years: $33.00

  • 10+ years: $36.30

  • 15+ years: $39.60

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (case-by-case)

• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Emergency Room RNs to join our Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED) team. This is a fast-paced role where you will deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients, prioritizing critical care needs

• Develop and implement patient-specific care plans

• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Provide clear discharge instructions and referrals

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience

• Education: Associate Degree or RN Diploma (BSN preferred)

• Licensure: Active RN license in Florida or multistate (or ability to obtain before start)

• Certifications:

  • BLS – Required before start

  • ACLS and PALS – Required within 90 days of hire

  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – Required within 90 days of hire
