WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Train and motivate MotoAgents by delivering engaging and informative training sessions, (virtual and live), workshops, and presentations nationwide
• In partnership with Training Manager, collaborate with various teams to customize, design, and deliver content that aligns with organizational goals and objectives
• Monitor the effectiveness of training content by using performance results
• Collect feedback on training sessions and resources from MotoAgents to use for future improvements to content and presentations
• Develop and create training content, including but not limited to, training plans, presentations, and training aids
• Maintain an inclusive and participatory learning environment, encouraging questions, discussions, and knowledge-sharing
• Train the MotoAgent team on operational procedures, sales techniques, and relationship-building skills, while also fostering their personal career growth and development
• Travel to visit all MotoAgents in territory - Up to 75% travel
• Other duties as assigned by management

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience and Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or relevant experience required   
• Proven experience as a trainer, presenter, influencer, and/or public speaker   
• 2+ years of training development experience  
• Proficiency in using multimedia tools and virtual training platforms   

Skills and Attributes: 

• Strong presentation skills with dynamic delivery; comfortable presenting in front of large groups   
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with MS Office, with particular attention to PowerPoint 
• Comfortable being on camera with a home office environment that is conducive to delivering virtual trainings   
• Excellent written and verbal skills with a passion for communication   
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of technical understanding for consumer electronics   
• Proactive, innovative, and flexible attitude   
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  
• Adaptable training style to cater to diverse learning preferences, and differing levels of expertise
