SUMMARY

As a Project Manager at U.S. Renal Care, you will lead projects from start to finish across various business units. Responsibilities include managing project teams and resources, developing plans, stakeholder communication, risk management, and ensuring quality deliverables. The ideal candidate should have experience with adapting Agile methodologies, managing multiple development projects, and working collaboratively with internal and external teams. Successful candidates must be analytical, solution-oriented, flexible, and engage positively with stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion using agile mindset and methodologies; accountable to drive velocity and quality in delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams including business and technical stakeholders, third party vendors and contracted resources
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk strategies
  • Clear communication of project plans, status, and critical issues to Leadership, and the project stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and track issues, risks, and dependencies; partner with teams to develop mitigation strategies
  • Develop communication plans and facilitate regular meetings, including Steering Committee meetings
  • Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Effectively communicate expectations; accepts accountability and holds others accountable for performance.
  • Encourage collaboration amongst team members
  • Facilitate the project change request process, implementation planning, and project cutover activities
  • Lead post-project analysis to capture Lessons Learned to guide future projects
  • Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Combination of education, specialty certifications and experience in related area will be considered in lieu of degree).
  • 3+ years related experience, within PMO management (preferably in Health Care Industry, but not required)
  • Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments with flexible mindset of application
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), preferred but not required
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Experience, preferred but not required
  • Experience using MS Office, project management software and tools (MS Project, Monday.com, Gantt Charts, Smartsheet, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and MS Word, Jira)
